-La propriétaire est très serviable et ponctuelle -L'appartement est spacieuse -L'emplacement est fabuleux

-La cuisine manque un petit peu d'équipements, mais l'essentiel était là. -Les articles de bain étaient insuffisants pour le séjour

Pool, location, air con, tv with firestick, white clean bedding, balcony, near shops and supermarket

Sofa bed wasn’t very comfy. One key not ideal with a family of 5 can’t leave it in lock box due to needing it for the gate. Towels didn’t smell fresh.

The location is very central. Supermarket very close by. Quiet, clean and customer service was super. Good storage. Good sized fridge and freezer. You can see the fireworks at PortAventura from the front door which was lovely late at night. 15 mins walk to the park. 5 mins to the town/shops/bars and maybe 10 to the beach. I saw comments about the shower being small, but I thought it was perfect and no issues at all. We did use the bed settee as it was very hot one evening and needed to have the aircon. Key pickup was from another location but wasn’t too far away. We arrived early in Salou and Valeria was able to accommodate us accessing property earlier than arranged which was appreciated. Pool is clean and quiet. No loungers but nice grassy areas so we brought a blanket to lie on.

The pool is across the street which I didn’t realise but it wasn’t a major issue. The apartment is on the 6th floor, again, not an issue as there was a reliable lift. The bed settee is a bit squeaky. Air con is in living room only - we just left all the doors open at nighttime when heat got too much. We had a little difficulty with the door and opening the lock but Valeria is getting it looked into for the next residents.

Good location, it was clean but the property could do with a cosmetic touch up, especially in the bathroom.

The shower is very small and it was almost not possible to get the shower head to stay in position without it continuously falling down. The fitting to the wall is loose and way too low for a tiny shower. One very weak air conditioning unit in the living room, no fans provided and one bedroom doesn’t have a plug socket so you can’t even plug in a fan. Very warm in peak summer heat.
