I like the staff they are friendly and ready to help 24 hours. The place is sorrounded with a grocery and medicine store, restaurants, bank, LBC and a mall. Everything that I need is available. Also, easy access to jeepneys and taxis.
The noise from the LRT (Light Rail Transit).

Bathroom fixtures are worn out (especially shower) -- needs updating.
Deadbolt needs replacing. (Please add more main door locks from the inside.)
