The house was nice and located in a quiet neighborhood, with plenty to do within walking distance. The property is shared with a second, smaller home in the back, although each house has its own designated yard area. There are a few things guests should be aware of..The second bathroom is located in the basement, which has very low clearance, under five feet in some areas, so you need to duck while walking to it. The indoor dining area is in the sunroom, but one of the windows was broken, so the room too hot to use on warmer days. As a result, we didnt have a good place to sit together and eat at a table indoors. The listing describes the house as having four bedrooms, but it is more accurately two bedrooms plus an open loft. The loft contains three beds divided between two areas, but there are no doors, so there is limited privacy.Despite these inconveniences, we enjoyed our stay and had a great time in Lavallette

Perfect spot for a mother daughter beach weekend. Property is cute and very clean with a beautiful outdoor space. Great location to access the beach and restaurants. Good communication from host and very responsive with any questions.

The house was perfect: clean, updated, cozy, comfortable. The location was also perfect, close to the beach and to stores, but quiet and peaceful. Owner Michele was very accommodating and responsive. I’ll definitely rent this one again!

The stay was very nice and pretty spacious. Hostess was communicating and kind as well. Boardwalk isn’t too far and good parking spots. Thank you!
