We stay here when it is available when we visit Livorno because it is very convenient and has everything we need. It is also located close to the city without being in the traffic. It is very close to the water and has a local bar just steps away.

Clean, parking in front of the building, spacious
Communication was tiring, only 1 (not full) roll of toilet paper provided, water not potable, no mosquito nets at windows, complicated usage of facilities (which switches to turn on or not), very loud at night, although there is not much going on in this little village
