- location is very central and right on the street with some nice inexpensive restaurants with various cuisines: traditional German, Turkish-German, Georgian, Italian, Vietnamese etc. Good grocery store 5 min away. - it was was pretty quiet, though you could hear trains and/or trams at times - spacious, well equipped apartment - convenient parking in the same building for 15euros/day - right by the various public transport stops, though we preferred to walk most of the time - terrace facing a quiet yard - we didn't use it as it was already uncomfortably chilly outside

- check-in not flexible nor contactless, the property admin required us to call in advance on the day of check in ( in addition to providing an ETA) which is not always easy to do for those visiting from abroad - wifi was painfully slow, even sending photos through messenger took long and I had to switch to my travel sim with internet - no microwave - some appliances and spaces need deep cleaning, e.g. the electric kettle had many old stains, the wall behind the kitchen counter and stove and cutlery cabinet were stained as well. - in general, the furniture is dated and initially not of the best quality / comfort. - there is a washing machine, but it wouldn't work - probably, the automatic valve got stuck and wouldn't open to let the water in. When raised with the admin, no help was suggested other than open the mechanic valve with we already did. - weird set of rules left on the table with " possibility to be extra charged if the garbage is not thrown away in the bins on the street or the tableware is not cleaned and put back to the cabinet". I can clean it, but I hope they wash it again anyway as I wouldn't want to rely on a random stranger to properly clean the dishes I would use. - some spaces ( shelves, cabinets) were cluttered with broken unnecessary stuff that gave an impression that someone is living in the apartment and you are couch surfing there

Location. Well equipped. Quiet. The bed was a little low for me, but it was so comfy, lovely mattress. The apartment is quite quirky and homely. I really loved it. Supermarkets nearby to shop and self cater or plenty of places to dine out or get a takeaway. The host was excellent and really helpful. I'd highly recommend staying there.

There wasn't anything that I disliked, it's perfect for a few days or longer stay. I stayed 4 nights.

Το σπιτι ηταν παρα πολυ καθαρό και πληρως εξοπλισμενο . Επισης ειναι σε περιοχή που εχει τα παντα κοντα

It was good location wherever go to many attractions of Berlin. they are very comfortable for me. And the view out of window is marvelous!!! Vielen Danke Herr Jörg and his team!!

It was very nervous to key opening for me,I spent two days got to use it. And I would like to use vacuum cleaner in I stay, but they don’t have it.
