Comfortable spot with beautiful aesthetic. Wonderful elegant yet cozy interior common space and a glorious, ample rooftop terrazzo with peaceful view of water. Perfect for meditative relaxation, reading or appertivo. Interior courtyard garden space equally lovely. Staff very helpful as needed. L’Hotellerie is perfect balance of privacy and attention

The location was nice. My room was also nice, tho there wasn't a robe provided as stated in my reservation. The cleaning ladies and breakfast attendants were very nice and accommodating!!
The lady running the place has zero personality. She didn't acknowledge us in the mornings, just walk right past us as we were having breakfast..after breakfast she left the building. Noone was there to get any kind of service until the next morning. The bar was never open inside and the rooftop bar wasn't even in operation mode.. The pool was tiny, dirty and cold.. I sent my laundry and was told it would ready in 24 hours. It took 48 hours and some were still wet.
