Location is very good and close to the centre. Bed is comfortable, room big and clean. Mara contacted me in advance and provided clear instruction how to get in. She also responded very fast to all the questions.
Apparent is on the second (actually 3-rd) floor of the old building without elevator. For me it was not easy to climb there with luggage.
Street is quite noisy if you sleep with open window.
Shower needs to be repaired. All the water goes to the bathroom’s floor.

I would like to thank our host, Mrs. Mara. She was always available, provided us with all the necessary information and guidance, and was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. The room was also great – clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. I would highly recommend staying here

Perfect location. Spacious and clean, comfortable bed. Bath and kitchen amenities. Card payment. Self check in.
Only one small mirror in the bathroom. No parking. The place has few apartments and it is allowed to smoke in the common space, the smell goes inside your apt. The noise from construction nearby since early morning.
