Due to airline cancelling flight I was 24 h late. The hotel were very accommodating in keeping my booking open. They welcomed me with open arms.
This is 2nd time I've stayed here. I will choose it next time I'm in Bangkok

Everything was great!
Super comfy beds, strong shower, good WiFi.
The staff were amazing and very helpful.
The breakfast buffet had a lot of options to chose from.
And the location was perfect - just few steps from all busy streets but in a quiet street to avoid noises.
When the pool was under the maintenance, we could use pools at other two Siam hotels, just few minutes away.
I will def go back when in Bangkok again!

Very convenient central location. The staff is so kind, and the pool is a massive plus. The room was okay. Nothing spectacular, but it did the job, and it was clean and comfortable, which is more than enough in a busy city hub like Bangkok.
I was a bit disappointed by the breakfast as I am vegan, and there was not really anything for me to have (not even non-dairy milk). However, there are plenty of lovely independent cafes nearby, so it wasn't a problem.
