Great location (on St Paul’s Bay side of town), we could be self sufficient for cooking, comfortable beds. Great (shared) balcony, though we felt like we had it to ourselves

No check in pre arrival comm’s - we had to chase check in details on upon arrival. Parking - you park in the lots below (7€ per day). We weren’t advised how to find property - you need to walk up the street then upstairs to approach from the top. We had 4 in our family, only 3 bath towels provided. One bed was made, the other half made, we had to find sheets in the cupboard and make. Oven didn’t work.

Pure luxury, we stayed in suite 1 which was on 2 floors with a roof terrace with hot tub overlooking the acropolis . The rooms were spotless, staff were helpful and friendly, we will be back.

Beautiful location with fantastic view of the ancient theatre and acropolis. In a quiet part of the town within walking distance of all the beaches and sites. We enjoyed the shared terrace - watching the sunrise and sunset.

It is a steep climb from the carpark with steps up to the accommodation. Kitchen equipment is basic and we found the second room was small with mattress on the floor.

Excellent location, close to everything while still offering a peaceful setting away from the busy atmosphere. Apartment #1: Wonderful views from the rooftop terrace,

The building was clearly designed with holiday rentals in mind. The layout is sensible, but a number of changes have since been made that are not reflected in the photos. The water pool on the terrace has been replaced by a rather less charming 38°C hot tub — ideal for those who enjoy heavily chlorinated water and struggle to keep warm. The hot tub also seems to come with several unannounced visits each week from the pool maintenance man, who apparently has his own key. A dining table might have been a better solution, as the benches shown in the photos on the ground floor have been replaced by beds, making it difficult for more than three people to sit together for breakfast. The lower floor is also considerably darker than the photos suggest, as the light curtains have been replaced with blackout curtains to prevent the neighbours from looking in. There were also a few basic shortcomings: a shower curtain was missing from one of the bathrooms, the drain in the other had an unpleasant smell, and the kitchen contained little more than what had not disappeared since the property was first furnished. There is certainly plenty to be disappointed about if you are not the type to simply shrug it off and head to the beach. On the other hand, the apartment is far too good to justify such casual maintenance and questionable changes, particularly given the price. That said, you can certainly have a good holiday here. It is simply disappointing when you have seen the photos from when everything was still in immaculate condition.
