This was the most wonderful stay in Clarens. Unit 1 is specialy equipted for 2 people and the unit was more than we expected. Staff is so friendly and Marcelle went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. Definately 5 stars.
There is not a thing we can complaint about

the unhelpful staff, so disrespectful...when we tried to raise questions, the lady just walked away without giving us a hearing. we requested clean towels and we were literally told clean towels are only replaced after the 3rd day
