The location was exceptional. Very near to the main train station and a walking distance from most the attractions and amenities.
The lobby was charming, same as the room.
The room and bathroom were very clean.
I can say that the biggest strengths was the team. Everyone was lovely, welcoming,warm and helpful
Our room was in the semi basement and one of the mornings you could hear a lot of noise, I believe the staff was preparing the breakfast.
The management should find a way to minimise this so all the guests can relax and have a pleasant stay.

Very comfortable, spacious room. Breakfast was a nice buffet that could be added to with a fresh made omelet, pancakes, waffles, etc. Friendly, informative staff.

Character building
Main receptionist was unfriendly, bordering hostile. There had been a data breach a couple of months before I came and the hotel was very indifferent about the theft of my personal data.
