LOCATION is TOP!! In the middle of all in Trastevere.
STAIRS are a pain with bags. The apartment is somewhat outdated. Key locks need to be changed and overall maintainence is needed

I really love the location once you arrive there because it is in the center of where you want to be. Just be aware that you will need to walk from the hotel check-in to the actual apartment with your luggage. It’s not a big deal at all.
The apartment itself is a bit rustic, but it’s very comfortable spacious and has a nice kitchen so I can’t say I didn’t like it

Great location and noise at night effectively shut out by very good windows. Appreciated the good refrigerator and electric kettle.
We were not warned we would walk five minutes with all our bags to the property after retrieving the key from the hotel. The mattress and pillows and linens should be replaced. The lighting in the living room and bedroom was very uneven. At the least the dead bulbs should be replaced. Kitchen was good but lacked paper towels and sponges for cleaning dishes.
