Спасибо хозяину, что подсказал где поставить автомобиль. Была предоставлена парковка - бесплатно! Вид из гостинной вечером на собор -очень красиво.
Надо понимать, что место оживленное, самый центр - станция метро. Жизнь кипит круглосуточно)

Отличная квартира в шаговой доступности от старого города. Вход в метро прямо перед домом. Есть свое парковочное место, что очень удобно! Отличный, отзывчивый хозяин. Обязательно приедем снова! Большое спасибо!

Spacious two bedroom apartment, right adjacent to Avlabari Square. Just walk away from the Holy Trinity Cathedral of Tbilisi. Private parking space was also available. Check-in/out was also smooth.
We stayed 6 nights at Flat 139, on the evening of fourth when we came back at the apartment there was no water and the very next day there was a power cut for the whole evening and night. It was very inconvenient, especially with kids. I understand even it was maintenance the management must provide some kind of alternative. Moreover, the apartment needs small renovations and detailed cleaning.
