The apartment is perfectly located right in the centre of Bath Spa. It was very clean and very spacious.
There was really nothing not to like. Like many places though, it does not have a lift or air conditioning, but everything else was excellent.

The apartment was very clean and products really nice.
Not as big as the photos made it look. The manager was rude.

Kitchen well equipped, apartment bright and clean, windows that could be fully opened
I never received the door code. Was stuck outside for an hour until a guest open me the door. Did my check in online as well as on the computer at reception. Instructions said the room door will be opened for 10 mins but it was locked. I never received the code for the key lock. Had to call the company, I was transferred to somebody who finally helped me and gave me the codes. The check in process was completely broken. We lost 2 hours with our suitcase. There were also homeless people right in front of the door.
