Location was great and apartment was very modern and clean
The power turn off for a while check in was very late but staff where helpful and got us an early check in but I didn’t get my deposit back for no reason

The location of the property is excellent. We think the overall maintenance of the apartment was lacking and should be reviewed. We liked the facility to leave our luggage which was ideal.
We felt the apartment was too small for 3 adults. We had a £50 cleaning bill added to our payment but the apartment was not cleaned during our stay. It would have been nice to have fresh towels and a welcome pack with some basic essentials would have been nice.

Good communication from the local office
Very cheap and worn out furniture and cooking utensils terrible. Sofa lumpy and supposed to be a bed! Small second bedroom terrible mattress. Bathroom not clean and old and worn shower
