Everything was great, location, staff, all.
Rooms are so tiny that my wife and I had need to take turns opening our suitcases. I understand many hotels are like this in Japan, but it’s still uncomfortable.

Very close to Asakusa station , clean.
Miscommunication from staff. I had to move rooms during mid stay and it was very inconvenient. And different front office staff gives different advices.

Amazing stuff, helpful, kind, funny but also professional.
The rooms are very clean and tidy.
The room was very small. We were two people with big luggage and we had a hard time managing it and moving around.
Also there’s only one elevator for 14 floors. We had to wait almost 30 minutes to be able to get down with our luggage.
