Our hosts were attentive to our needs, yet gave us the privacy required to enjoy our stay. The setting is beautiful, and the amenities are great.
Prior to staying, we read a couple of reviews, and can honestly say, that if you are a normal person looking to stay in a nice, homely space, you'll love it. If you're not, stay at home, because no where will fulfill your requirements.
My family and I had a lovely time, and given the kindness and care shown by our hosts, we will 100% book to stay again!
The vacuum cleaner in the unit isn't the best. It obviously has little impact on me as a guest, but in terms of a nice person who would like to leave the space as good as we found it, a Shark vacuum cleaner may be worth the investment.

The cottage was clean & comfortable. Everything provided.
It's not water front as stated in info, cottage at front of property & walk down side of owner's house to get to canal. Pool wasn't heated even tho it said heated pool on info when I booked.

There was a miss communication on my part. I hadn't read the message of what the owner sent me. Though on the confirmation letter from Booking.com there was a pin number to the key box was incorrect. So, we had to wait until the owner contacted me to getthe correct pin number to unlock the key box.
Perhaps have cleaning products until the sink to wipe over the kitchen bench, tables, etc.
Quality thick towels available.
