Cleanliness of the rooms, good and cozy atmosphere
Location is a bit off especially when you need to return from the center to the room it is mostly uphill but nothing a grab cannot fix

The room was clean, comfortable and well-maintained. Breakfast was good. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. I especially liked the friendly and helpful service. Jenny was very friendly and welcoming, which made our stay more enjoyable.
Nothing much to complain about. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay. Just need to climb a slight slope to reach the hotel.

Hotel is located in a relatively quieter street. It was around 5-7 mins walk to Sapa Stone Church depending on walking speed. Room was clean, spacious, and well equipped. Decent breakfast spread. Excellent service from the hotel staff who even helped us with our luggage from the room to our limo pick-up though we did not request for the service. Good value for money.
