L'hotel est trés bien placé, les instalations sont neuves et le personnel trés acceuillant

Les serviettes etaient vraiment petites. c'est un detail mais j'aurai vraime,nt aime pour le prix et le standing de l'hotel avoir de vraies serviettes.

The location was good for our purpose.

The room was rather small and dark. Most importantly it was ridiculously overpriced. Our dates were unchangeable and we realized that they coincided with the Winter Olympics. Hoiwever, that does not justify the absurd level of inflation of the room price, particularly as the hotel seemed not to be fully occupied: you might call this dynamic pricing - I call it profiteering. The staff were friendly enough but inattentive. Day after day we had to ask to get teacups, and each day they were removed so we had to ask again. For some reason, black tea could not be provided! We were told you could buy tea bags from the bar. Given the 6-star price we were charged for the room, charging for tea seems particularly outrageous. We had breakfast in the hotel once. Once was enough. We ordered eggs benedict, which turned out to have almost no hollandaise and, worst of all, the eggs had only half-cooked whites. Disgusting.
