The good equipped kitchen. Close to metro station.
The apartment needs refurbishing, wall painting, bathroom renovation. The pictures show a higher standard than reality. The air conditioning might need to be checked as well as the air was very dry. The television was not connecting to the internet. Overall value for money was not really worth it - maybe pay a little bit more for better conditions.
