Location was good
Would a been nice get a response back sooner rather than next day when we could not find an iron. We felt it was very mean and cheap to ask for extra 15 CHF for exra set of towels. We felt one towel was not enough for four nights.

The location of this hotel is excellent. It is very close to Interlaken West station, making it very convenient for transportation. It is also near Migros, so it’s easy to buy food and daily necessities. Highly recommended!
