The intimate feel and the friendly, helpful staff. The room was huge and really well appointed and very comfortable. The location is right in the middle of the fort and a short walk to Pedler St. we ate in the restaurant a lot and had the best meals. Very skillfully put together. Sehiru was our favorite waiter although they were all fun and nothing was too much trouble. The garden is so nice to eat in under the big shady tree.

A wonderful little boutique property. Amazing staff who delighted us at every touch point! The Bar and Restaurant were superb in every way with outstanding service and food
The only little issue we faced was with the hot water in the shower and Ismail the Property Manager was quick to delight us with an upgrade for the 2nd night, to an even more beautiful room at their other property round the corner.

Top verblijf gehad bij The Bungalow. Prachtige kamers bij een prachtig restaurant. Perfecte lokatie in Galle Fort. Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. In het echt nog mooier dan op de foto’s. Aan alles is gedacht.

The room was beautiful and in a great location
No hot water and lights in room didn't work. Not really acceptable for a luxury hotel.
