The staff are so good. Also the room and other facilities are great!

I guess the CR should have a little bit of improvement because water can't go throughly.

Front desk staff and security guards very nice and helpful. Our suite is clean, comfortable and spacious. The rate is fair.

Giving you a full 24 hour stay from your check-in is a big plus. Room was spacious. Location was ok in the sense that you can easily get a grab where you want. It was pretty isolated to walk anywhere. Lots of nearby laundry options. Price was good.

Our biggest issue was a lack of towels. You're given two medium sized towels which is supposed to cover showers, hand drying, the pool, and cleaning up water on the floor of the bathroom that will inevitably accumulate due to the low shower barrier and the bidet. The floor of our bathroom was permanently wet because we weren't willing to sacrifice a towel for that, and when I asked for more we were denied. Another issue was that we opted for the breakfast included option. In reality, this was us being given a small selection of microwave vending machine meals that are available in the lobby to purchase, and aren't breakfast appropriate. I would have never opted for this if I had known, we didn't even claim all of them because they weren't very good. Location was very loud in terms of numerous animals and construction outside, it was hard to get a restful sleep. Roosters were crowing from midnight onward. Finally, the "indoor pool" is only indoor if you count a series of metal bars covered by a mesh wire as a roof - The pool is definitely exposed to the weather, and it was pretty cold and unappealing.
