Easy to get in and very friendly host.
Furniture is a bit outdated but totally fine for me.

- Clean new rooms with ample parking and space.
- Owners live nearby and available
- Lots of small fine print extra charges and conditions (everything costs extra including basic things).
- Not a walking distance to anything around and a developing zone.
- Need to coordinate checkin and check-out exact times in advance
