I was booked for another stay in February 2027 through May 2027 and I got a cancelation notice that the property was bering sold. Will it still be a sort stay property by the new owners? If so, can you share contact info?

Easy walk to the train station. Beautiful park right behind the building for running. Quiet neighborhood even though it is in a Main Street, easy walk to groceries and restaurants. The staff were absolutely lovely. Really no complaints at all.

The apartment is nice and in a good location. Communication with the host was very prompt.
The basic necessities provided are very bare minimum, a half a roll of toilet paper, no hand soap in the bathrooms, no detergent for the washing machine, miniscule pouch of salt, and 2 single servings of coffee for a three bedroom apartment. If you're planning to stay there for an extended time that would be fine, but if you're just visting for a few nights this is rather inconvenient. Also did not like their policy of charging for parking for both the arrival and departure day (if you stay one night you will be charged for 2 days of parking). And before you leave you will need to take the trash across the street and clear out the dishwasher else you will be charged a large penalty, really??
