Lage sehr zentral und alles fussläufig erreichbar. Ein öffentlicher Strand ist fünf Minuten entfernt. Restaurants und Geschäfte vor der Haustür.

Die Wohnung ist bei booking mit drei Schlafzimmern plus einer Schlafcouch in der Küche ausgeschrieben. Allerdings ist eines der Schlafzimmer nicht zugänglich, da in Privatnutzung durch den Vermieter. Dies geht meiner Meinung nach aus der Anzeige so nicht hervor. Bei einer Belegung von fünf Personen müssen also zwei in der Küche schlafen. Das ist zwar prinzipiell okay, sollte jedoch klarer in der Anzeige beschrieben werden. Man hat dann halt wenig Platz und kein Sofa zum draufsitzen.

Appartement spacieux, très bien équipé et extrêmement bien situé. Tout peut se faire à pieds (plage, centre ville, supermarchés, marché). Propriétaire au petit soin.

Dommage qu'il n'y ait la clim que dans l'une des chambres.

Great location, just 5 minutes walk to the main town. 4 supermarkets within a 5 to 10 minute walk. This is the second time we’ve stayed in the apartment as it matched what we wanted the first time. It has 2 large bedrooms and 1 smaller bedroom and I think the sofa in the kitchen is a sofa bed, but we didn’t use it. The apartment is spacious and well equipped, it has - large fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, ironing board and iron, and 2 TV’s. It also has 2 clothes dryers on the balcony. Nice size kitchen with sofa and table and chairs. There are 2 balconies, 1 large one that wraps around 2 sides of the apartment and 1 smaller one. Every room has access to a balcony (except the hall and bathroom, the bathroom has a larger window overlooking the balcony). The main bedroom has access to both balconies. The host is very nice and very helpful. He replies to questions very quickly. The apartment has access to a lift and you get two sets of keys to the apartment which was really useful for us. Lovely place to stay.

Excellent apartment is situated not far from the sea. There is no more than 10-15 min walking to San-Remo Casino, 5 min - to cafe and restaurant's street. The apartment is very big, with three bedrooms and balconies. The host gave us a lot of towels. That's not a modern appartment, but it's pleasant to be a part of Italian life)

There weren't air conditioning, just only a couple of fans. Because of very hot weather it wasn't sleeping comfortable.
