Great location close to transport and many places to see/eat/shop while also being a quieter place at night. Really clean with lots of space and all that we needed for our short stay. Brilliant wi-fi (6 x faster than our home wi-fi!! :-)) and has a washing machine which is so helpful. We had a lovely meal at the place across the road with all the red lanterns which was perfect after 24 hours of travel. Would definately recommend City Hideout and it's very good value for money.
As is often the case with places that have no reception it wasn't easy to find the building. Didn't help that we were doing so in typhoon rains :-). There is a short flight of stairs up to the elevator which may be a deal breaker for some.

We loved our stay here. Location was great! Loved the layout and the amenities. Would stay again!
Bit noisy at night from the bedroom and the bed is quite tight for two foreigners to share. We had the futon set up as a bed for our daughter which was great but it made difficult to walk under the light fixture.

I had a wonderful stay. The location was excellent, the facilities were great, and the room was very comfortable. The area was quiet, and I was very happy with my overall experience.
There wasn’t much to complain about facility itself.
One suggestion would be for the management team to provide all the necessary information and questions in a single message rather than sending multiple separate messages. During a family trip, it can be difficult to find the time to read and respond to everything, so having all the details in one place would be very helpful.

The room is spacious with the Japanese style kitchen. It has washer and bathroom ventilation with dryer functionality. Love it.
The property it’s weird, the building doesn’t have the elevator on the first floor, so we have to carry our luggages to the second floor to take the elevator. Super inconvenient. Also the building doesn’t have a proper place to store your luggage and the instruction on how to store the luggage in the building is poorly instructed.
