We were part of a family reunion with about 40 people from many areas of the country. The family has done this every three years at Colony Reef since the 1980's. We enjoy the atmosphere, the beach and the pool.

The property was clean and perfect in every way, except that I picked the place specifically for the outside hot tub. Once checked in I learned that the exterior pool and hot tub were only open from 9am to dusk.

Have stayed in this same condo many, many years(and have signed up again for next summer); however the unit and patio needs a DEEP CLEANING.
