Locatie, hartje centrum. Veel horeca en winkels vlakbij . Diverse vezienswaardigheden en openbasr vetvoor op loopafstand. 5 minuten lopen naar de zee. Inchecken en contact met dr verhuurder ging heel soepel.

Balkon is best groot maar volledig ingebouwd tussen andere gebouwen. Met veel halsrekken zie je een heel klein vlake blauwe lucht. Het appartement is daardoor ook vrij donker.

The location is exceptional, close to every point of interest in Iraklio, but the street is still quiet at night, no parties or clubs nearby.

Lo centrico que es. Es un piso amplio, comodo. y bien equipado. La amabilidad de la persona que nos atendio. Buena comunicación, siempre atento a nuestras peticiones. Todo funciono de manera correcta, aire acondicionado en el salón y en la habitación. Esta muy nuevo. Sin ruidos. Entrada indpendiente por codigo en la puerta. Muy limpio. Darle las gracias a esta persona, porque nos ayudo a resolver un problema personal, que no guardaba relación con el alojamiento. Muchas gracias. Nosotros recomendamos este apartamento.

No hay nada que comentar. Todo estuvo perfecto.

So hard to rate this experience. There's 2 apartments rented via booking.com in this building, A1 & A2, but we got checked-in to A3. A3 is not listed, and should not be listed as a holiday apartment, but could be ok for a 1 night city-trip. It's new inside, but not livable, no natural light (like none), walled in from all sides, and there's a very noisy engine just outside the bedroom (makes you jump day & night). I'm still confused the owner thought this could pass. The next morning we asked for a different room, and after spending 2 nights in A3 waiting for the owner to free up A1/A2, were given the room we actually booked and paid for (booking.com was not really responsive either). Having to negotiate your rights, and having to move during your holidays is really not nice, and is taking your scarce holiday time.

A1/A2 are VERY NICE apartments, VERY GOOD value for money. Modern, in a really good shape, fairly clean. Lovely balcony, lovely view to a typical narrow old-town street with local shops and locals running errands - unbeatable location. Heraklion is truly an amazing town. What I found a bit dishonest is that there was no mention on booking.com of the construction site next door, with huge machines blasting from 7am until approx.3pm. If it wasn't for the A3 scam, and if we at least knew about the construction site, we'd rate this experience 10. But we're rating it 6, as we'd definitely go back to A1/A2 - even with the construction site next door:) We really had a nice stay in Heraklion, and all in all we had a good time.
