Hotel The Designers DDP

The staff was A-MA-ZING, this place had excellent location, the staff outstanding, the actually held our luggage for 2 nights while we did a trip to Busan, booked the same hotel when coming back, and luggage was there safe and sound. The room was super big, the restroom and closet as well.

the bed and pillows were not that comfy, we stayed 10 nights here, and that was an issue, but overall, GREAT!

I was very positively surprised by the hotel. The room was large, bright, clean. Everything you could wish for as a single traveler. The bathroom was also great, a bathtub and a heated toilet. Honestly, the reviews of other travelers were not so great, so I was a bit unsure whether I should book this hotel. But I was very happy with my decision. You can indicate at the front desk if you want the room to be cleaned. That also worked out great. Unfortunately, they don't speak very good English but with Google Translate the communication worked out. The location is also good. About 20min walk from Myeongdong and not far from Dongdaemun Design Plaza and good metro train connections. Unfortunately, there was not really a breakfast but I can highly recommend the French bakery "Tous les jours" just around the corner. I've traveled a lot myself and put a lot of emphasis on cleanliness. Overall, it was a great stay and I have nothing to criticize.

Unfortunately the english communication at the front desk was not so easy, but it worked out with Google Translate. Also there is no real breakfast offered, but right around the corner there is a great french bakery which I can really recommend.

Il y a des travaux à faire, ce n’est pas du tout comme sur les photos qui vendent du rêve je pense par rapport au prix c’est n’importe quoi. Les petites chambres sont très hautes. Par contre le personnel est incroyable et hyper gentil! L’endroit est hyper bien situé. Donc franchement ça va si on ferme les yeux sur certaines choses qui devrait pas être normalement la..
