The room is spacious enough for 2 grownups. Close to beach. It has everything you need to cook simple dishes. It has AC and Flat screen tv and WIFi.
A price is a rather to high considering that its already quite old furniture, bathroom is old and so on.
Parking is a bit of a squeeze and you need to be really cearfull while parking.

Location and cleanliness
Outdated furniture, wifi was barely working, pictures did not match expectations of apartment, for the price paid for a two-bedroom you could find a much larger and cozier stay in the city.

"Place is very fine, also very close to beaches. Landowner explained everything, also we were able to use his grill. So I recommend this apartment."
