Great central location for shops, bars and restaurants. The cottage is lovely and comfortable and well equipped. Contact with the host was very positive too. I would definitely stay again and can highly recommend.
Although the car park is literally outside the door which is super handy, its over £10 per day. There is very little, if any on road parking nearby. All of which I knew. But be aware, if its a lovely day, especially on a Saturday, trying to find a parking space in Lytham is practically impossible, especially in the Pleasant St car park outside the property.

Excellent location in the middle of Lytham, although very quiet. High quality furnishings, very clean, fine linens, nice little back garden / patio which is ideal to sit out and have a coffee. There are tea, coffee, biscuits provided. Lots of hot water and a very powerful shower. We brought our dog and there are lots of walks nearby. Would stay again. It’s perfect if you want to be close to the centre of Lytham. We didn’t need to use our car other than to drive to meet friends.
The only downside to the cottage is no parking. We paid to park in the car park immediately opposite the house which was great. If you prefer not to pay for parking, there is free on road parking (Beach Rd I think), which is 5 mins walk away. This didn’t detract from the cottage for us.
