A lovely, comfortable and spacious apartment in a great location. Walkable into the town centre in just 5 minutes. Free on street parking. The apartment was clean and cosy and I would definitely stay again.

It couldn’t really be helped as it’s an old building, but I could hear upstairs from the bedroom - the tv from upstairs was quite loud and unfortunately the man up there had a terrible cough. I just had to use earplugs!

Location was perfect for our stay, lovely little apartment with everything we needed for a comfortable stay

The radiator was on on arrival so very warm but easily fixed and turned down

No Heating!! Requested a fan heater but not supplied. This is not a new issue as many previous reviews mention lack of heating but I thought this would have been resolved before our stay. The flat was cold and unwelcoming. Electric towel rails in kitchen and bathroom were broken and did not work. The night storage heaters did not work and need a service by a professional. Flat needs a deep clean. Toilet brush was soiled and filthy. Tuesday check in but still couldn’t access property until 4pm . Management company are not acting on the complaints and made no effort to ensure flat was warm (heating working) or hot water was on which have been the main complaints in previous reviews. Nobody wants to be taking time from their holiday to resolve these issues or upset by lack of resolution making the stay less enjoyable.
