The location was fantastic, very close to public transportation, making it super easy to get around the city. The apartment was spotless, and both check-in and check-out were incredibly smooth and convenient.
But the real game changer was the **free luggage storage available inside the building!** Our flight was in the evening, so after checking out, we were able to leave our luggage safely and enjoy exploring the city for the rest of the day without worrying about our bags. Such a thoughtful and convenient feature that made our stay even better!

The location was excellent, check-in and check-out was easy, instructions were clear and easy to follow. The booking description and photos were exactly what were got, hence there were no surprises. The internet service was excellent. The apartment was bright, quiet and spacious with plenty of room for our family. Showers were comfortable with plenty of hot water. Cleaning supplies were provided and the washing machine was excellent and easy to use. We would stay there again.
The twin bed frames upstairs were squeaky. There were no elevators - hence we had to walk up and down 6 flights of stairs. The main floor bathroom had no fan, only a window that gave access to a shared air shaft.

Location and how quiet the area was
It was a bit off putting that I booked a 2 bedroom apartment yet one bed was in the living / kitchen area ..
The quilts could have been a bit bigger as well

Location
Sound proof is bad, I can hear someone running above us.
