Es una casa pareada de dos plantas con pequeño patio ajardinado trasero. Tres habitaciones en planta superior, dos dobles y una sencilla, además de un baño con amplia bañera y suelo radiante. En planta baja cocina con gran mesa central y cuatro sillas altas, doble parrilla de fogones de gas, frigorífico, lavavajillas, lavadora/secadora, microondas, cafetera eléctrica, horno y variado menaje. Tambien abajo zaguán, baño con ducha de mampara, dos habitaciones/estancias, una con sofá y cama añadida, otra con cama y mesa formal de comedor, ambas estancias estaban anexas o se podían separar con una gruesa cortina. Calefacción eficiente en toda la casa. Lo descrito hace de la estancia en la casa una experiencia muy agradable y cómoda. Además estaba ubicada a cinco minutos a pie de la estación de DLR (tren cercanías)/metro "Custom House", permitiendo una excelente comunicación mediante transporte público con la ciudad. Como extra contaba con comercios de alimentación y farmacia cerca. El aeropuerto de Stanted está a media hora en coche.

El único punto débil de la casa es que no había presión de agua suficiente para usar ambas duchas al mismo tiempo, pero con ponernos de acuerdo a la hora de usarlas se solucionó fácilmente.

Location was great, short walk to Custom House station. Beds were comfy and sitting room area and kitchen were cosy. Facilities were good and towels were fantastic. We used the double oven to make a roast on Sunday which turned out very well

Place could have been a little cleaner, but overall it was good

The landlord is very friendly and professional. She endeavoured to fix issues rapidly after I reported them. The kitchen is beautiful and well equipped, as is the upstairs bathroom. The house overall is well decorated. My room had plenty of storage space and the usb socket in one of the power outlets is a nice detail. Apart from neighbors the area is quiet with public transport in easy reach. It's nice to have the option of using Venetian blinds or blackout curtains with windows that open horizontally or vertically

The neighbors often have shouting matches even at 4 am in the garden, so other neighbors begin yelling at them to shut up. The wardrobe in my room was about to fall apart and some areas were not very clean; under the bed, inside the drawers. The carpet on the stairs and landing holds odour from the kitchen and needs professional cleaning despite the free house slippers given out.

The room was comfy and all amenities were provided for. Bathroom and kitchen were nice and it was a pleasant stay. The landlord was very accommodating to customer needs. Would recommend.
