Staff stopped responding and apartment did not meet expectations

The property was clean when we arrived and the instructions to access the building/apartment were clear.

The listing says there are two twin beds, but in actuality there are two twin mattresses but no place to put the second mattress except on the floor. The main bedroom had no outlets available so I wasn’t able to plug anything in or charge anything. There isn’t any AC, which we knew, but sleeping with windows and doors open to cool off the apartment meant that we heard all of the neighborhood noise until around 13:00 and then we heard garbage pick up at midnight and recycling pick up at 5am! Plus the mattresses were very hard. The staff offered a partial refund because of the mattress situation but then never followed through and just stopped communicating with me!

Lovely apartment. Lagos is beautiful.

lovely apartment, and the complex has a nice swimming pool which we used every day

There is no AC - We were there in September, so we were just ok. However, I would struggle in the heat of July and August without AC.
