The house is very spacious with a lot of beds for the 3 rooms upstairs.
The location is very strategic for us to go for raya visiting as well as buying food from the city centre.
The facilities such as internet, aircond, water heater and water filter is appreciated.
No towels and kitchen towels provided - homestays should provide these.
The kitchen dish soap is not a good quality, making it hard to wash the plates etc.
The house is not that well maintained i.e. the reality vs the photos shown - should spend some money to refurbish.

Everything was excellent! There were more than enough beds to accommodate all of us. The interior of the house is nice too.
It would be a bonus if owner could let us checked in earlier than 3pm.

Car porch can park 2 vehicles and the place is pretty clean and comfortable.
Limited TV channels and luckily can login to Netflix with one's own account.
The shared bathroom is very cramped and prefer for both the shower and toilet cubicle to be combined (ie. demolish the wall in-between them) so to have a bigger area for shower.
The dryer was faulty during our stay and only realised this after washing and unable to dry my clothes on the last night of our stay. The host should put up a 'Spoilt/ Faulty' note on the dryer earlier. Pretty disappointed as one of the reasons to select this unit due to the good reviews on the washer & dryer.
