Great and fresh:) flat.
Water on the floor in the bathroom after the shower. A bit long to dry. But not a big issue:).
Sometimes noise from near restaurant. When we closed the windows was fine:).

This was our second stay at Villa Nicolaos Ksamil, and once again we had a wonderful experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location is excellent for exploring Ksamil, and the hosts are always very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We were very happy to come back and would definitely stay here again in the future. Highly recommended!”

This properly is centrally located, right next to the excellent museum restaurant and a brilliant supermarket. This place has a space for a car and two great bedrooms. Very safe and quiet. Host was always responsive and very kind.
Not having an oven or in house washing machine but you can use the washing machine on the forecourt.
