Great location. Well equipped cottage, but not as cosy and comfortable as we expected. We felt it was a little under maintained and tired. In need of some TLC.
Although the kitchen was well equipped, many thing’s didn’t match, some of the pans and crockery needed replacing.
Very dark and drab.

Dunster is an excellent location for walking, with a choice of Exmoor, Forestry Commission land and the coast path. You can pick up some of these paths direct from the village.
There are lots of National Trust Houses and other places of interest nearby.
Ruffles is a welcoming cottage on a quiet road within minutes of Dunster high street.

We had a wonderful few days at Ruffles cottage so cosy and comfortable.
The cottage is clean and very well equipped and great walks from the door.
We also loved being able to walk into the village and to the pub for dinner.
Our dogs loved it too.
Thank you for a great stay!
