Lovely cottage near Matlock. Spacious and bigger than it looks from the outside. Very comfortable beds. Good bathroom and excellent shower. Host was very communicative. Well located as a base for exploring the local area, including Chatsworth House.
Not the fault of the property but to be aware that there were no local (or even local-ish) shops, to get milk/bread/etc from.

Great central location between all the activities/attractions we had planned. Lovely comfortable cottage with great amenities. Great communication from Brendan.
We had no issues with anything to do with the property or the booking.
