8 / 10Excellent·juin 2026
House was very clean and fit all of us perfectly. All communication was super fast and easy to talk to. Great distance from Cooperstown dream park. Only complaints I have are minimal. I would recommend updating some of the property description as it seems some information is for the other two lodges. Add a welcome book with instructions and any local information. And to have more laundry and garbage items for so many people. Other than that the house was amazing and the pond was awesome to see.

We needed a spot close to Dreams Park and it did not disappoint.
10 / 10Remarquable·août 2025
This house is ideal for families whose kids are playing at Dreams park, which is an easy five-minute drive from the property. The house is clean and cozy, and Kar and Derik were responsive and helpful when any minor issues arose. This was so much better than a cramped, overpriced hotel room. Highly recommended!

Our group was in Cooperstown for the Dreams Park baseball tournament. The location of Bear Lodge was excellent - only 1.5 miles away from CDP. The home was well furnished and the kitchen was great. Bedrooms were nice sized. Communication with host and her son (who is the on site caretaker) was great. If we return to this area, we would definitely stay here again. Note that there are two other homes nearby so if you have a big group it would be good to rent all three.
