The salient strengths of this property are its location across the street from Central Park and its proximity to the subway system. It is clean and fairly recently updated. With the exception of some noise from upstairs the apartment is quiet, especially so given that it is so close to Central Park West.

The location is perfect! The home is comfortable with everything we needed for a five week stay. The bed was comfortable, with a roomy bathroom and good shower. We had friends stay in the pullout for a couple of nights, and they slept well. We would definitely stay again.

This is a very comfortable apartment in the perfect location for exploring New York. So close to the park where the fall foliage was in its glory! This was our second stay in this apartment and we are looking forward to coming again next year! We did have trouble with the internet and the television. Mark was quick to respond but it continued to be an issue.

The purpose of my trip was to help my daughter and family move apartments so I chose to stay half way between both addresses. The location was excellent, close to everything yet the area was very quiet. The apartment was comfortable and adequately appointed
