The staff was friendly and very helpful. The rooms were clean. The neighborhood was quiet, clean, and safe. It was close to many of the things we wanted to see.
The rooms were small and the twin bedroom we got the beds were pushed together, so it was basically one bed. We had to push them apart. Overall it was nice just a bit cramped, so I'd definately tell people not to bring too much luggage. Also the beds were a little hard. I have an achy back so that might also be something to mention/disclaim for others.

Perfect location with a station about 10 minute walk away. Room was small but super clean and comfy.

I liked that there was an onsen, although the hours for it was a bit disappointing as it swapped between women and men and wasn’t open always.
I expected a bit more for the price, and I felt like the room was difficult to open my suitcase and the bathroom was a bit small.
