Cette maison récemment rénovée est située bien au sud de 30A dans la charmante communauté de Grayton Beach. À seulement 400 mètres de la plage avec une piscine arrière (20 pi x 11,5 pi) et à une courte distance de marche de nombreux magasins et restaurants à la fois dans la vieille Grayton Beach et dans le nouveau centre-ville de Grayton. C'est une escapade parfaite pour une grande famille ou un voyage à la plage en couple! Nous serions ravis de vous accueillir pendant vos vacances!

Loved having the pool, bikes and golf cart! The house was clean and there was plenty of room for our family of 8 adults and 2 children.

Magnolia Cottage provided the perfect accommodations for our family of 4 adult couples and two grandchildren. The pool area was well designed and offered a nicely shaded area to gather in the afternoons after a day at the beach. The location within the town of Grayton Beach was excellent; quiet street with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Also, we really enjoyed the golf cart and bikes as a nice way to explore the area. JP and Kelly were fantastic hosts...highly responsive and very accommodating to our requests. We would highly recommend this unit.

The house and our stay were amazing. The home was beautiful, and we especially loved the pool area. Having the heated pool option made it even better. The location was perfect — just a short walk to the beach. Check-in was seamless, and any questions we had were answered promptly. The bonus bonfire was a wonderful touch as well.

We did not spend much time st the house…it was wedding week for my son. The time we were there, we were comfortable and had everything we needed.
