Clean, comfortable condo in a great location very close to beach access and a pool. Owner is friendly and responsive. House rules are very reasonable. The amenities are basic, nothing fancy (one smart TV in living room, drip coffee pot/no Keurig) but it is more than adequate if you’re planning on going out to the water or town a lot. The bed is comfortable, and linens are included (sheets, blankets, towels.) I didn’t use the pullout couch, so I can’t say what it is like. Good water pressure in the shower. Kitchen has the basics for cooking: pots, pans, utensils, microwave. Maybe not set up for big culinary adventures though. The condo is on the fourth floor, which means multiple sets of stairs each and every time you go in and out. Including bringing in luggage, beach gear, groceries etc. I don’t mind, I have the stamina and I could use the exercise while eating vacation food, but be honest with yourself about this. If you struggle with stairs you’ll be miserable! This is probably best for a couple or solo traveler.
