Avis

4 / 10

I would not recommend this listing based on the cleanliness of the rental. When we checked in we found vape pens that had been left under furniture in the downstairs living room. There were beer cans left on the back deck. They also have an ant issue in the kitchen. We came back to the property one day to find hundreds of aunts crawling around by the sink. While cleaning up we found an ant trap behind a plant in the counter that was overflowing with dead ants. There is a room downstairs that is the main entry way from the driveway. That room had dead bugs all over the walls. We found many cobwebs under furniture as well as on the back deck. I am also disappointed with the lack of communication upon checkout. We were immediately charged with a fee for scratches in the basement floor. I asked for pictures and asked about a specific scratch that was there when we checked in. Since asking I have received zero communication from the host. I also would have liked the room descriptions to be more detailed on the listing. As mentioned above, the room in the basement with multiple beds is the main entrance coming in from the driveway. There is also no door on this room. The third “bedroom” upstairs is a sun room with a day bed and trundle bed. This room does not have air and is extremely hot. We were not bad to use this room for sleeping. I booked this house specifically for 5 bedroom and there were really only 3 bedrooms that offered comfortable arrangmebts and privacy.

Great stay and beautiful house

The host was outstanding. She answered any questions we had and responded quickly. The home was just as described. It was great for our large family late Christmas gathering. We highly recommend and will look to use one of her properties in the future.

Such a fun house, and extremely amenable please host! We even rented a pontoon boat! This place made me want to buy a lake house in Tennessee.

The property was just what we needed for our high school anglers to prepare for their fishing tournament on Old Hickory Lake. Everything was exactly as described and in working order. If we have to fish Old Hickory again I hope to stay here again as well.
