The location and staff are amazing
The standard rooms are very basic and not part of the Towers section of the hotel. This should be explicitly noted on the site. Had I know this, I would not have booked this room. It should be made clear on Booking.com that the hotel has 2 distinct standards of rooms available.
When booking, ensure you click on the executive rooms for their premium rooms. We changed rooms and the executive king room was amazing. Thank you to the wonderful staff and especially the GM, Leane. We will definitely book again.

Neat room, walk in closet excellent, comfortable beds, felt cold on Friday with Aircon on, didn't know where or how to switch off. Given a welcome note with nice things, that was awesome. Friendly staff, attending to our queries promptly.
Parking too far, no lifts from parking. Friday buffet expensive, but did not cater for us, we didn't eat and yet we paid soo much. From the starters to the dessert, there was nothing eatable for us.

Room was clean
Breakfast not good. Bacon almost raw. Not cooked. Had to ask them to cook more until crispy. Came back just the same.
