This hotel is a pure perfection. The staff is amazing, rooms very clean and large, location is good and quiet, breakfast is good.
Nothing really, I loved every aspect of this hotel and use it regularly when in Brussels.

The rooms were spacious and very clean, with comfortable beds and thoughtful welcoming touches such as complimentary bottled water, coffee, and tea. The hotel also enjoys a great location, with easy access to the city centre and excellent connections to metro and tram lines, making it easy to get around.
The breakfast was good overall, although a slightly wider variety of options would be a welcome improvement and would bring it more in line with the expectations of a four-star hotel.

there is a lot of variety and different choice between salty and sweet food.
The quality of pastries, eggs and bakery in general is not very good, everything tasted old and not freshly made.
