Le Monde Hotel

The hotel is in a great location. The room was very large and spacious, bathroom was lovely and I was pleased to have both a bath and shower.

Excellent location we can walk to everything.

I need to update some things on the rooms. They said there was room service but it really wasn’t available. Our door slammed and never got fixed.

It was quirky and individual but incredibly comfortable. Excellent location.

The room was beautiful and comfortable! They held our luggage as the room wasn't ready as we were very early. They did let us check in 1 hr before we were supposed to, and they had already brought our luggage to our room. This hotel is in the New Town area and very walkable to the train/bus station.

Staff was nice when you could find one. When we checked out, we put the key on the counter because we rang the bell three times and no one ever came. What we were really disappointed in, there was no food service. When we checked in , we verified that we could order food and bring it to our rooms because we weren't feeling good. When we went to order, no one answered the front desk or the restaurant bar. My husband walked down the bar area, and they told him they weren't serving food at all because they were short staffed. This was like 600 pm. Don't advertise these services if we, as your customers, can't receive them! I would have chosen a different hotel!! The staff really did seem overstretched! We stayed in both, New Town and Old Town. I much preferred the Old Town area.
