Massive room with plenty of space for all our luggage. Good size bathroom with excellent walk-in shower.
Breakfast included and very good offering a pretty good selection.
Location a short walk or bus journey from Christchurch centre.

The room was neat and tidy and spacious. We appreciated the separate bedroom. The hotel itself is picturesque.
Don't understand the no kitchen basin and fridge being a drinks fridge was small. Needs another shelf in bathroom for visitors toothpastes, brushes etc. Being not able to walk so well it was a shame the breakfasts are upstairs when there is a large room downstairs that seems unused. Good to have the stair lift but so slow.

Great value for money, its a pretty spot and a good sized room. Has a minibar and a wardrobe, was so great to have luggage out of the way. Easy check in and parking provided. Overall we had a nice stay.
Its a very doable walk to the main city.
The mattress wasn't great for us.
